Tim Brooks is the Senior Pastor of Christian Ministries Church and founder of Applied Life Ministries.  Tim has been ministering the Word of God for over 40 years, impacting people’s lives with his down-to-earth and practical messages.  Tim was raised on a ranch, working hard his whole life.  He believes the Word of God is written to the everyday working person, being both practical and applicable, reaching people right where they live, addressing the issues of everyday life.  Tim has a definite ability to make it simple.  He has traveled through many states teaching and sharing “Practical Living Seminars” in a way that groups have found to be simple, humorous, down home, and direct to the heart.  His delivery of God’s Word inspires, blesses, and motivates each one to reach the full potential God has for them.  God’s teachings can be immediately applied, which describes both the name and content of his ministry: Applied Life Ministries, which operates a 10-month internship (Applied Life Leaders Academy) and Christian Ministries Academy (K-12^th grade), that change the course of people’s lives!

Tim and his wife Terri host Marriage Conferences each year.  These life-changing, insightful, and fun conferences are held in Branson, MO.  Tim and Terri have encouraged and strengthened countless couples in their marriages, and many of the couples who attend return each year to give their marriages the “shot in the arm” it needs to remain healthy and strong. 

Tim loves to tell others how their lives can be changed as dramatically as his had been.  Tim and his wife Terri have two married daughters, and four grandchildren.
